Bouncy Castle Hire – Seasonal & Weather Policy

 

To ensure the safety of our customers and the quality of our equipment, we have specific seasonal guidelines for our bouncy castle hire:

  • Outdoor Hire Periods:
    Outdoor hires are available from April through September (weather permitting).

  • Indoor Hire Only:
    From October through March, all bouncy castle hires must be set up indoors only. This is due to shorter daylight hours, colder temperatures, and increased risks of high winds or rain.

  • Weather Restrictions:
    Even during our outdoor hire season, we cannot set up castles outside if:

    • Winds are above 24mph (including gusts)

    • Heavy rain is forecast or occurring

    • Ground conditions are unsuitable (e.g., waterlogged, frozen, or unsafe for anchoring)

  • Safety Comes First:
    We reserve the right to cancel or rearrange any booking if weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or move your booking indoors where possible.

Peak Seasons & Events

Our busiest times are typically during the summer months, school holidays, bank holidays, and local community events. Demand also surges for birthday parties, village fetes, and corporate fun days. Knowing this helps us prepare and allocate our bouncy castles effectively, ensuring availability for your special occasion.
