We require 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to take away again. Please allow this time when telling us how long you'd like the hire for.

Yes, all our equipment is regularly cleaned and inspected to ensure it meets the highest safety standards. Safety is our top priority.

The bouncy castles can be used indoors & outdoors. However if it's a extremely windy day we may have to cancel the booking if you can't move to an indoor location. 

The outdoor games can also be used indoors. 

50% of your total cost is a non refundable deposit. The remainder will need to be paid  a week before the event. 

If it's bad weather and you cannot have it indoors then unfortunately we will have to cancel your booking and you'll lose the deposit. However if you give us at least 24 hours notice we can move to a different date. 

If someone is ill and you have to cancel, the same rule applies as above. 

Yes! If you are hiring a bouncy castle or items that includes lights/power, we do require electric within 25 meters of a plug point. 

• We need suitable access to the area you would like setting up if you are unsure if the access to the area is suitable, please send us a photo to double check.
• We are unable to go over ground with sharp stones, nails, long weeds or brambles.Im
• We need to set up on short flat grass if you are unsure if your ground is suitable, 
• We will provide an extension lead of 25m but we will need access to a UK 3 pin plug point. If this isn’t possible, please let us know in advance as you will need to hire a generator (4KVA required) This will be at your cost and arrangements
• Please ensure there is adequate parking for a short wheelbase Vauxhall Vivaro van within at least 20m of the setup area. if you are unsure if this is possible, please let us know in advance.
• The setup time takes approximately 30 minutes to unpack, set up and clean, the pack down takes approximately 30 minutes please ensure you factor this into your venue hire times.
• Please ensure the area size is suitable for the equipment you have hired. Our castle sizes and heights are displayed on our website. If you are unsure, please check with us and we will be happy to assist.

We need one plug point per item hired if it requires power​. 

For outdoor use, the period from April 1st to October 31st

while November 1st to March 31st is often considered more suitable for indoor
